How do I book a bus or tempo traveller?
Call us at +91 93220 99980 or fill our online enquiry form. Share your trip details — vehicle type, date, pickup point, and destination. Our team confirms availability and sends a detailed quote within hours. Booking is confirmed once you approve the quote.
How is the pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on vehicle type, trip distance, duration, and number of days. Your quote includes vehicle charges, driver allowance, tolls, and parking where applicable. For corporate contracts, we offer preferential rates with monthly billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/RTGS bank transfers, and cheque for corporate accounts. A booking advance may be required for outstation and event trips.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48+ hours before departure receive a full refund of advance paid. Cancellations within 24–48 hours attract a 25% retention fee. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Contact us immediately if plans change.
How long does cargo delivery take?
Intra-Mumbai same-day delivery is typically 4–8 hours. Mumbai–Pune is next-day. Interstate freight across Maharashtra takes 1–3 days depending on distance and route. Pan-India FTL takes 3–7 days. Timelines are confirmed at booking.
Are your vehicles sanitized before each trip?
Yes. Every vehicle in our fleet is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before departure. Drivers carry sanitation kits on board, and coaches undergo regular mechanical maintenance and interior upkeep for passenger safety.
